Emerging Indian Youth

Deepu asks
Multi-national giants like Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, PepsiCo, Unilever, Adobe, Mastercard and Motorola and now Microsoft have got Indian-origin persons at their top leadership positions. Are we, Indians, going to rule the world?

Paul V Mathew responds
Hats off Satyanadalla. Replacing Steve Balmer, 46 year old Indian named as the CEO of Micro Soft. Decision of this global giant to fill the shoes of highly-eminent  Bill Gates is deserved and praiseworthy which is a recognition for the innovation, creativity, intelligence and hard work of the Indian Youth. It is pride moment for every Indian youth, not only by Nadella but also by different dynamic Indian youths decorate various distinguished positions. The vigor adds when we know Sunadar Pichai - another Indian was in the race with Nadella. As Deepu said, all over the world people have trust and faith on Indians because of their multiple talents and studious efforts.
At the same time, as some one said - it is a slap on the face of Indian system mentioning our system kills future heroes by ignoring the acumen. It is the high time to think about how we can effectively utilize our demographic dividend and intellectual capital while simply boast of it.
