The Womb

Inspired by the speech of Rev. Dr. Aabraham Mulamoottil, I started to think about the worth of women. While he was in a church, he had a habit of giving congregation to all the young people before their marriage. Once a young man resisted to attend this and delayed it till the day before marriage. He was a naughty guy and had had a habit of drinking. But father warned him to attend the same. At last he came to father with a group of friends.

He asked him. Who is a women????
A long silence...no one respond for a few minutes.
In the wake of increased importance of commercialization and advertisement the questions seems to get great importance.
Now the question turns to You. Who is a women????????
This is Your eye which values or define a women. Holy Bible says " “The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light". You can see a women as Your mother, sister, wife, lover and friend. But this what that decides Your eyes and mind.
Among these, the most out standing role of Her is - mother. Her ability to give birth and this is her uniqueness. This makes her most valuable. Me, You and we all are from the womb of a mother. While in womb every one have an attachment towards her womb. A feel of comfort, safety and wellness. Womb feeds, protects and supports the child. Mother carried us for a long nine months. A short period of strong attachment. But after this period of preparation a detachment starts with the cry of both mother and child. Mother gives birth to her child with furious pain and cry; just to say " Child go, go, go..... to Your world". A removal from the safe zone for child. He cries, "mother, my mam, don't leave me".The detachment starts with a birth. Detachment from mother.Absolutely attachment ends and detachment starts.
Let me explain an incident from fathers life. One he has got a transfer to Europe which is for his higher studies. But he resisted to go and started to find excuses because he needed to care her beloved mother. At last he approached her mother and asked. "Mother, I have got a promotion to Europe. But I don't want to leave You. What's Your opinion?" She replied. "Son. What You are saying, You should go and grow. come with colors". He amazed and that was unbelievable to him. He cried a lot. She also wept and blessed his son.
Mother - a symbol of selfless love. An intentional detachment for our goodness.
He was the last child of his mother. Mother taught him a lot compared to his elders. She compelled him to go church. While sending, she looks on his ways to the straight road up to the last turn only to ensure he is safe at her eyes. She will prepare food every day for him even though he was not there. He was not bothered about the wastage of food because other wise she will not have food. In the midst of detachment she forced to feel attachment. What a feel? Other wise she will not cook and eat. When he had food from outside, he too have it from house only to satisfy her and to feel the divine love.
The most heart breaking story he says. Her mother will cry anything happen beyond her country because she feels that her son is there. She will not admit anyone's statement and will reject any efforts for conciliation.
Mother - a symbol of love, care and selfless love.
An incident from Thattil Bishop, he has explained it at Maramon Covention this year. He was the only one who cried at the time of his mother's funeral. She was at 92. Some one asked him, why You are crying?. He said. " I was the  10th and last child of my mother and I was born in the midst of hardships and poverty. But she decided to give me life. He cared me loved me"
When You see a women, see Your mother on her - to love. see Your sister on her - to protect. see your wife - only after marriage.

Why I explain all these incidents is ---- the womb, the most outstanding gift of God for the world.
You may surprise by hearing, a girl after her marriage commenting to her husband - I don't like give birth. The fast moving world, new trends and new life styles.
A thing which culprits our wombs - most terrific and ferocious - the abortion. In the operating room, I saw how the aborted child's lips were sucking, how its limbs were stretching. A physician injected poison into its skull, and the child died and was thrown into the trash can. so evil and devil practice.

The womb which is very precious, unique and valuable which gives her an outstanding identity.

My mother

My mother has unique qualities. She has a scientific temper and practical thoughts. Extraordinary bold and extreme spiritual. Not very much educated but much learned than all. I think all women should possesses and practices these qualities on a daily basis, she becomes the essence of a true, powerful woman, no matter what her worldly picture may look like to others.

1) Gives It All She’s Got – she will give all she can give to any task at hand, without question, and without complaint. Even though it’s a job she doesn’t like, she takes on the task without complaint to her manager or others, and she diligently follows through to completion on the project.

2) Never Gives Up – Excerpting Churchil's statement - Never, Never, Never GIVE UP, NEVER GIVE UP, My mother is a a powerful woman and she never gives up. Many obstacles are placed in her way. She has had to take other jobs just to keep food on the table. Sometimes she’s so tired she just wants to give up…but she doesn’t. She keeps going, day after day, month after month, and year after year. She doesn’t allow negative influences. She doesn’t listen to those who put her dream down. She doesn’t allow others to pull her away from her ultimate goal. And she doesn’t know the meaning of the words “I can’t”. Plain and simple…she never gives up on her true dream. Ever.

3) Speaks Her Mind – She is not afraid to speak her mind. She is not bothered about others who are more qualified, however she feels she has a good idea about how to fix the problem much more quickly and easily.  She doesn’t worry about what others will think about what she says. She isn’t concerned that some may criticize her for her thoughts. She isn’t attached to their acceptance of her idea. She speaks her mind with a calm confidence only a powerful woman could exude.

4) Respects Herself and Others – she is respectful in all situations. Rather than going along with the crowd for fear she might not be accepted, she respects herself by declining the invitation. She does so without fear – as a powerful woman always knows that acceptance must come from within first and foremost. In addition, she respects the choices of the others who go to the bar, despite the fact she might not agree or approve. And she doesn’t treat them any differently because of their choices.

5) Stands Up For What She Believes In – she is confident in supporting her beliefs, no matter what the consequences. When the others try to sway her belief, she doesn’t back down. She clearly states her belief again, and refuses to adopt a way of thinking and behavior which isn’t in line with her core beliefs.

6) Inspires Herself And Others – Rather than accept the critical comments from others, she speaks to herself about her gifts, talents and positive traits. Just as she would tell someone else who came to her with the same issues, she tells herself to hang in there, that things will get better. She doesn’t allow the negativity directed toward her by others to consume her life or get her down. Instead she responds to the negativity by focusing on the positives and by offering herself hope for the future.

7) Shares Her Power Willingly – She willingly shares her gifts, talents, skills and knowledge with others.   She will share, and do so gladly, because she is confident of the gifts within her that give her the ability to constantly create new dishes others will enjoy.

8) Makes A Difference In The Lives Of Others – It is something that, deep down, every woman wants to achieve on a daily basis. It is a quality created by behaving according to the previous traits, for when a woman lives by the first seven, she will easily and effortlessly become the woman who makes a difference in the lives of others.
If all think like this, If all find my mother in every one, our world will change. May it happen.

My mother! let Your divine love exist for long. May Your caring hand support me lot. While detaching I love to attach with You. I know You too. But the world make us like.
