This is to introduce an initiative 'Lead Light', an endeavour to provide mentor support to needy but bright students. The same was conceived during my Yatra this year where I got an opportunity to meet Mr. Anuj from Mumbai and his kindness to support a few students from our place. His is now a Mentor with us. 

Hailing from a rural background, many of our students are failed to reach the real heights due lack of awareness about the opportunities. I need support from my friends who are really courages and convinced to guide some students (15-20 age group). Its purely a volunteering and you need to be in touch  with them (based your convenience) as a Mentor, Motivator and Model.
