Now the act of honour killing turned to a trend in middle India. In a developed world with secularism as the face of a constitution - India , the largest democratic country in the world still faces a humiliation to humanity. Massacres in the name of caste which depletes the democratic rights of Indian citizens and threatened our fundamental rights. The Khap Panchayaths in Hariyana, Punjanb, Bengal and Tamil nadu hunting those who violating there rules and norms. As their rule no one has the right to marry a person outside their caste and inside their clan.
A poor but a bold Journalist from Tamil Nadu who sacrificed her native land by fearing the Local Khap Panchayaths' decision. Khap Panchayath opposed her move to became a journalist and they commended that women are not expected to do these jobs. But she boldly and anomaly considered that as a  challenge and gone with her career. Her neighbors, friends even family strongly opposed her decisions and throw out  from her mother village. Still she lives alone as a Journalist in Mumbai. She said. " Fortunately I never killed by my villages and every one is simply less than an atom  in front of the powerful Khap Panchayath".
According to the studies there are at least 1000 people dying every year in the name of honor killing. Now Khap Panchayath demanded that The Hindu Marriage Act should amend and  their demands should include in the Hindu Marriage act.

Who can stop this parallel rule?
